Below are all 10 of my Christmas mini setups! This year has the BIGGEST selection of Christmas setups that I have ever offered. However, you will notice this year's sessions are CHILDREN ONLY. All of the backdrops are under 7ft tall. I know some will be bummed but I wanted to offer a lot and offer lower prices doing children only helps me accomplish that goal. Things will be very different this year for booking. You can book your session whenever YOU want and you can do up to 2 backdrops in one session. ADD AN ADDITIONAL SETUP THE SAME DAY AS YOUR SESSION FOR $100 COMES WITH 5 ADDITIONAL IMAGES ADD ANOTHER 20 MINUTES TO YOUR SESSION TIME.
Every client who books will have an in-studio viewing of their photos. There are NO online viewings the only option is to come back to the studio for an in-person viewing. At your viewing, you will have the option to order custom Christmas cards and ornaments. You will also get your photos on a USB with a print release.
Editing times - I am guaranteeing everyone a viewing before December 1st. The earlier you do your session obviously the earlier you will get in for a viewing. I will put up an edit list on my Facebook business page so you can follow along where you are on getting in for a viewing. Sneak Peeks will only be shown if you allow it. Some clients like to keep their photos a secret till cards go out so I will ask everyone if they want a sneak peek or not.
To book: Once you have decided which setup/setups you want to do just message me which setup/setups and which day you would like to book. You can book any date from October 1st- November 12th times vary from 11 am to 3 pm usually. I will be answering emails in the order of the time they come in. I HIGHLY SUGGEST messaging me through Facebook since my email is slower. Facebook.com/Ohanaphotographyas. Once you hear from me letting you know the date is open I will ask for a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $60 through Paypal. If you want to pay half or in full you can I will write down whatever you pay!! Before your session like a month or so before I will send a Christmas planning, helpful information, and tips! I have a feeling I am going to be flooded with bookings for a couple of days after these go live so I will be doing planning in Sept!
NEW RULE THIS YEAR- If you book and pay your deposit and get closer to your date and want to switch to a different date or time there is a $40 change of date fee!!!! Since I am letting all clients book their own dates and not doing stacked minis I am worried clients are going to try to move around on me. Which is a HUGE pain for me. This year I am charging an extra $40 if you have to move your session.
Christmas Front Porch
This is a larger Christmas setup! It is perfect for multiple kids! I would say the max would be 5 kids! This setup is PERFECT for an outdoor look! I will run the snow machine for a little bit at the very end of the session if the kiddos want! Please keep in mind the snow machine is very loud but I only run it for a little bit if wanted. This backdrop kids can stand in front of or use the bike I have. If you choose winter hats and jackets then I think sitting in the snow would be cute too! Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Everyone from dogs to kiddos needs to have clean shoe bottoms!
For outfit colors, anything is fair game! I love plaid, cream, red, and, green. You cannot really go wrong. Jackets, scarves, boots, and hats would all look super cute. This is one of my favorite places to get outfits for little girls https://www.jupetitpop.com/english/

Tartan Living Room
This backdrop is a larger backdrop and can hold up to 6 kids. Keep in mind the more people you have the less of the backdrop you are going to see. This is a AHMAZING backdrop for siblings! In this backdrop, you can stand in front of this, ride the rocking horse if you are under 3, and sit in front of it. This would be my pick for those rambunctious hard to control 2 yr olds. The rocking horse keeps them busy! Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
As for outfit colors avoid tan or black. They will blend in too much. I think plaid, navy, red, gold, and, white all would be very cute. You could go very formal like Christmas best of this would be cute in pajamas as well!

Gingerbread Store
This setup is one of my personal favorites! This setup is interactive and fun for kids This backdrop is good for up to 4 kids and the younger the better. This backdrop is smaller at 6ft tall so it looks best for kids under 10. Since it is an outdoor scene kids will be standing or sitting on the bike. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Clean shoes for everyone helps keep the snow clean.

Outfits I don't think there is anything you can go wrong with. A cute gingerbread outfit, jacket, formal dress, or anything other than pajamas will look really cute in this outdoor setup!

Christmas Boho
This setup is a smaller setup at 5ft tall it's one of my smaller ones. It is perfect for up to 3 kids. This set up children who are under 10 can stand, everyone else will be sitting. This backdrop is perfect for two young kiddos. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and this smaller setup is perfect for a pup or two!
Outfit colors you can do a lot. I would recommend gold, red, maroon, green, sage, and, tan. You could go very formal, very boho, very neutral. I would not do pajamas for this setup since it is an outdoor scene. Shoes are recommended.

This is an AHMAZING backdrop for girls but boys would look cute too! In this backdrop, you can stand in front of this, and sit in front of it. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Clean shoes are appreciated.

This backdrop is a smaller backdrop and can hold up to 3 kids. Keep in mind the more people you have the less of the backdrop you are going to see. This works the best with 1-2 kids but 3 is doable. In this backdrop, you can stand in front of this if you are under 10, and sit in front of it. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Toddler Christmas Minis
Setups for my kiddos under 2!!!
Hot Coco Minis
These minis are perfect for kiddos who are sitting on their own and I would guess to say up to age 2. I would say it's best for kids aged 1! The younger kiddos who can sit on their own under 1 yr look adorable just kind of small in the big cup! But I will make sure to have them supported with extra towels!
All you have to bring to these sessions is your kiddo and a swim diaper if you do not want them to do the session nude. The cup is filled with warm water ( you decide the temp) as well as hot cocoa and large marshmallows. The studio has some headbands however feel free to bring your own!! You can choose between the gingerbread backdrop in the video or the hot cocoa stand backdrop below.
I did 16 kiddos in this cup last year and only one kiddo hated it! Most kids adored the water and eating the giant marshmallows!
Winter Door Minis
This setup is perfect for one kiddo under 2! They can play in the snow, sit in the sled and just get some adorable Christmas photos! This setup is perfect to show off a cute winter jacket and hat!! This is one of my favorite places to get outfits for little girls https://www.jupetitpop.com/english/
I also will have a fake whipped cream hot cocoa mug they can hold for photos too!!
How am I going to pick?????
I think the best way to pick is to do backdrops that complement each other if you are doing 2!! To save yourself some headache you could even keep your kid in the same outfit if you pick drops that are similar. Maybe just add a jacket or scarf or something.
Like if you did the Pastel Living Room and had girls in pink dresses I would keep the pink dress put over a cream jacket and put them in Pink Frost. Same thing if you do Tartan do a red dress but then put over a navy jacket for the Hot Cocoa Stand.
